PRM = Partner Relationship Management

Leveraging on our CRM platform, our latest release enables users to apply relationship management features to their underlying distribution channels, in addition to end customers.   Instead of the boring "list-like" grid of distribution channels, you'll now find an insightful dashboard with Key Performance Indicators, applied both at your own and your underlying channels levels...


 
In addition, users can keep track of their interactions with business partners, automate business development processes such as channel recruitment, set up reminders such as commission reviews, among many other features!


You can also upload single or multiple documents at once, and keep them associated to specific distribution channels, for quick retrieval when required... Stored in the safest environment.


Interactive Charts

As of today, charts have been upgraded across our whole platform.  The new charts provide users with enhanced functionality when analyzing and comparing data. 


For example, while visualizing multiple data sets such as funds on a specific portfolio, you can filter which funds you want to see directly from the chart.



Tip:  Enjoy working with charts on your iPad while meeting with your clients!

Tracks

Ever had trouble organizing & assigning different tasks to your team? With our new feature of Tracks it´s dead easy to automate operational & sales processes and then pull out a report of the task status in order to have a detailed follow up your business processes. You only need to create the steps of your different processes and assign each task or group of tasks to your team or individuals.

Anything can be associated to Tracks!

Lynkos caters for a wide variety of products & services, including but not limited to:
  • Financial assets (Stocks, Bonds, Funds, Cash... )
  • Personal insurance (Life, Health... )
  • General insurance (Home, Car... )
  • Other assets (Commodities, Real Estate... )
  • Others...
So far, your organization could only use Lynkos as long as it was integrated to your back-end systems or to the systems of your product providers if you are an intermediary organization or sales agent.  As of this release, you will be able to use Lynkos to manage your accounts portfolios disregarding if we have a live data link with your product providers.  You can use Lynkos to replace your old XLS spreadsheets and provide your internal users AND your customers with a new standard in service, security and efficiency!

What are we planing for the next release?


After listening to user suggestions across our Uservoice Community and new customers requests', we will be shortly releasing a major new feature!
  • Tracks ...A way of automating operational and sales development processes.  Just configure the logic steps required for your specific business process, and LYNKOS will trigger associated tasks and assign them to the appropriate members of your team!
In addition, we will be shortly deploying a major improvement to the White Label feature, including domain aliasing for your organization and minor tweaks to boost your corporate image among staff, sales structures and end customers.
